1 can shoepeg corn - drained
1 can black eyed peas - drained
3 tomatos - diced
3 avacados - diced
bunch of green onions - diced
dressing:
1 packet italian dressing mix
2 TBS olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
3 TBS water
put in bowl and mix together
serve with tortilla chips
