STRAWBERRY BROWNIE SHORT CAKE


BROWNIES:
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup coco
4 eggs
cream and add
1 ½ cup flour
3 tsp vanilla extract
bake 350 for about 25-30 min in a 13 x 9 pan

CREAM TOPPING:
2 ½ cup milk
2 small boxes white chocolate instant pudding
beat until thick and let sit
1 pint heavy whipping cream (flavored a little with some vanilla and sugar)
whipped firm
fold whipping cream into milk and pudding mix and refrigerate

STRAWBERRIES:
about 3 cup strawberries sliced and coated with sugar

so i made this the other day for book group and had lots of the cream topping left over...found out it makes a great fruit dip!
